Ryan joined the Alpine team in 2010. He is a second-generation landscape business owner and holds a B.S. Degree from Chico State. Ryan learned the business from the ground-up working in all aspects of the field since he was a kid. After purchasing Alpine in 2016, he has grown the company organically through reputation of attention to detail, quality work, and customer service. Originally from Gilroy, Ryan is the proud father of two young kids and his hobbies include golf, snow skiing, CrossFit, traveling, and food & wine. His goal is to continue to grow Alpine organically and develop the best leadership team of landscape professionals.
Gabriela joined the Alpine team in 2020 with over ten years of experience in the administrative side of the commercial landscape industry. She holds a B.S. Degree from San Jose State with a concentration in Human Resources. Gabriela would like to become HR Certified through SHRM or HRCI and eventually become an HR Director. Gabriela, who grew up in Morgan Hill, enjoys spending quality time with family, running, and attending fitness classes.
Bill joined the Alpine team in 2024. As a Certified Arborist, he has over 25 years of experience in the tree care industry and 12 years leading multiple branches offering commercial tree care services. Through Bill’s experience, he will assist in growing the Alpine tree care division through brand reputation and building quality relationships. Bill is happily married and the father of three children (23, 18, 15). His hobbies include playing golf with his sons and friends and day trips to the coast with his family. He is a huge Bay Area sports fan of the Giants & 49ers.
Scott joined the Alpine team in 2020 after gaining invaluable experience working for another large and reputable tree care company. He is a graduate of Foothill College, ISA Certified, and has his Tree Risk Qualification. Scott’s passion is to continue to increase environmental awareness at Alpine and get his Consulting Arborist certification. Originally from Twain Harte, Scott’s hobbies include everything outdoors, from hiking, mountain biking, and fishing to photographing Raptors!
Ricky joined the Alpine team in 2025. He holds degrees in both arboriculture and horticulture from Diablo Valley College and is a Certified Arborist. Ricky started his career at a young age when he would help his father in his tree care company on Saturdays and Sundays. Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Ricky is an avid San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan. He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and kids. His goal is to purchase a large plot of land where his family can live on for generations to come.
Nicole joined the Alpine team in 2019. Her attention to detail and organization leads the accounting department at Alpine. She is a graduate from Cal State Monterey Bay and would like to become certified in accounting to grow her career. Originally from Watsonville, Nicole enjoys horse riding, spending time with family, and crafting.
Maria joined the Alpine team in 2020. She leads the overall safety culture for the company. Maria continues to grow professionally with safety certifications and trainings. She is a proud graduate of the Leadership Gilroy Program in 2022. Originally from Mexico, and now raising her daughter in Gilroy, Maria enjoys the outdoors, traveling, attending live sporting events, reading, and CrossFit.
